Pizza with Olives and pepper




Ingredients:
                           
warm water, cant. necessary.
500 gr of flour 0000.
25 g of dry yeast.
2 tbsp olive oil.
1/2 tsp salt.

Also : 
 200g cream cheese or mozzarella.
1 cup tomato sauce.
1/2 red bell.
 olives.

Preparation :  

Put in a bowl put the flour, make a small hole in the center and then keep adding olive oil, yeast and salt.
Also on the controls we agrendo flour warm water slowly, and meanwhile, we knead until the dough smooth and homogeneous.
Once you have the dough ready, leave it in the bowl, the cover with towel and let rise in a warm, dark place until doubled in volume (approx. 30 minutes).
When mass and its volume doubled, sprinkle with flour the table, place the dough on top and return to knead a little longer to degas.
Now stretch the dough with the help of a rolling pin, cut it to the desired size and place the pizzas on a previously oiled plate or pan. We left a few minutes leaven.
Distribute on the surface pizzeta tomato sauce and cook in a medium oven for 20 minutes.
After these 20 minutes, remove from oven, place a slice of cream cheese or mazzeralla, a red pepper strips and continue baking until cheese is melted.
