ingredients:
*250g of chopped tomatoes
*400g buffalo mozzarella
*250 ml of warm water
*150g of salami Nduja
*500 g of sifted flour
*1 clove of garlic
*12 g of yeast
*10 g of salt
*4 red onion
*oregano
Directions:
Blanch the sliced onions in a pan with a little olive oil and garlic for 4-5 minutes. Roll out the pizza dough, sprinkle with tomato, cut the mozzarella into cubes, wipe them with a clean cloth or a paper towel, then add them to the pizza. Slice the salami Nduja and add a few slices of pizza, then season with a sprinkling of origaneo and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
