Ingredients:
*500 g of sifted flour type 00;
*25 g of extra virgin olive oil;
*a few sprigs of rosemary
*100g pitted black olives;
*250 ml of warm water;
*3 small white onions;
*basil and garlic q.b.
*250g mozzarella;
*1 yellow pepper;
*1 green pepper;
*12 g of yeast;
*1 red pepper;
*10 g of salt;
Directions:
Cut the peppers into strips and fry in a pan with a flow of oil and a clove of garlic, along with the onions. Spread in a baking the pizza base, then evenly sprinkle the chopped tomatoes, add the mozzarella. Also add the onions and peperonie previously cut and fried in a pan, add some olives pitted, a few leaves of basil and rosemary. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.Add an extra layer of finely grated ricotta, a pinch of pepper and then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
