Ingredients :
*250 g of fresh tomatoes cut into slices;
*7-8 tablespoons of tomato sauce;
*500 g of sifted flour type 00;
*25 g of extra virgin olive oil;
*250 ml of warm water;
*150g of salami hunter;
*80g pitted green olives;
*oil, salt and pepper q.b.
*100g of mushrooms;
*250g Emmenthal;
*12 g of yeast;
*10 g of salt;
Preparation:
Prepare the pizza dough and spread it out until it forms a very thin base, sprinkle tomato (about one or two tablespoons per pizza) and add in sequence Emmenthal, the pomdori cut into slices, the slices of salami hunter, the mushrooms and sliced green olives. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40
